Ugh I loved the session I had with Tolu! In just an hour I accomplished more effective planning than any planning I've done in my entire life lol (seriously). Tolu helped me be intentional with setting steps to reach my goal and he made sure I set goals that were realistic and something I would actually commit to.

One thing I loved about my session with Tolu was his ability to help me in taking my thoughts through a sieve.
